OUR CLASSES
Red, White, & YOU!

Want to know more about wine?
We answer all of your questions including:

What wines are better values?
Which wines make wise investments?
How do I find what I like in a wineshop?
What wines go best with what foods and why?
How do I articulate what I like to a sommelier?
What wines are appropriate for special occasions?
How long should wines be aged before opening them?
Why are some wines more "fashionable" than others?

Our eight week “Wines of the World” course is for the beginner and expert alike and provides answers to these questions. We’ll take a close look at the classics and try to understand why they are considered the greatest wines. Our expert staff will show you how the best wines are made, how wines are priced and, how wines are rated. After taking this course you’ll be able to pair food and wine and shop with confidence in wine shops and restaurants.
